<p><span style="font-family:標楷體;">本校110學年第一學期因應疫情規劃調整教學及授課方式如下：</span></p>

<ol>
<li><span style="font-family:標楷體;">開學第一、二周（110年9月22日起至10月5日止），全校線上上課。</span></li>
</ol>

<ol>
<li><span style="font-family:標楷體;">請各位老師<strong>務必</strong>將上課方式及教學計畫公告於<a href="https://ilms.ntunhs.edu.tw/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">iLMS系統</a>。</span></li>
</ol>

<p><span style="font-family:標楷體;">2.110年10月6日起，以線上上課為原則。若須返校實體上課，請務必遵守教育部110年9月7日臺教高通字第1100121132號函以及大專校院110學年度因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防疫管理指引，<strong>教學及授課方式如採實體授課，請填寫附件之申請表(</strong><strong>教務處&rarr;教師專區&rarr;實體到校上課申請表</strong><strong>)</strong>於<strong>110</strong><strong>年</strong><strong>9</strong><strong>月</strong><strong>17</strong><strong>日前送達系所</strong><strong>，應符合下列辦理原則，</strong>待完成申請流程後<strong>請授課教師於</strong>iLMS<strong>系統公告：</strong></span></p>

<ol>
<li><span style="font-family:標楷體;">以實作、實習、及專業考照等相關課程為優先，若其他課程有需求亦可申請。</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:標楷體;">室內維持安全社交距離(2.25 平方米/人)且人數不得超過指揮中心所訂室內集會人數(滾動式修正)。</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:標楷體;">因配合安全社交距離，教室僅能容納一半人數，故上課須拆班將同學分佈於2間教室，1間由教師本人親授，並同時以TEAMS將授課畫面同步至另1間教室投影布幕。</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:標楷體;">教育部特別強調將抽查稽核本學期授課狀況，實體課程請採固定座位、固定成員方式進行並確實點名，並敬請老師依固定座位填寫「學生固定座位表」後mail寄回教務處教學業務組備查。<br />
「學生固定座位表」請參考教務處&rarr;教師專區&rarr;<a href="https://academic.ntunhs.edu.tw/files/14-1001-618,r100-1.php" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">考試及教室座位相關表單</a>。</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:標楷體;">上課時師生應全程佩戴口罩且落實手部消毒，上課期間禁止飲食。</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family:標楷體;">4.中央疫情指揮中心或教育部另有規定者，從其規定。</span></p>
